BioOnce long ago in ancient Japan, there was a princess who didn't act as everyone else did. She didn't shave her eyebrows, nor blacken her teeth. Instead, she spent all of her time outside, watching the insects flit through the skies.
She was severely mocked and despised for her strangeness. But she didn't care. She loved her bugs and would sit and watch them everyday. People told her that she would never get married if she continued to act this way. But that concerned her little. Only her insects mattered.
The end of the story is never told. But a grasshopper once told me that she grew a pair of dragonfly wings and soared off into the morning sun, searching for a place to call home.
I believe I am a story-teller first and foremost, everything else is just a way to touch people with the world that lives inside me.
